App support

Help for setup, local data, calculations, and device-specific issues. The app is intentionally small, so most reports are best with a device model, iOS version, and screenshot when safe to share.

Edge detection looks off

Re-shoot the page with even lighting and contrast against the surface, and adjust the corners manually before saving.

OCR missed text

Re-run recognition after improving contrast or rotation. Pro unlocks batch OCR and searchable PDF workflows for larger jobs.

Pro purchase did not unlock

Use Restore Purchases inside the app, then quit and relaunch. App Store purchases are tied to your Apple ID through StoreKit.

Local library

The library is local to the device. Reinstalling the app starts with an empty local library.

Before sending a report

Include the useful details.

  • Device model and iOS version.
  • Whether the issue happened during capture, edit, OCR, library, or export.
  • Whether VaultScan Pro is active (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime, or none).
  • A short description of what you expected versus what happened.
  • A screenshot of the screen where it happened, if it is safe to share.
