Content, features, and functionality are owned by Asghar Ali and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade-secret laws. Source code you purchase is governed by the license you buy (standard or extended).

You can request deletion of personal data at any time.

• →What— contact-form submissions, email, identifiable analytics.
• →How— email privacy@asghar.dev with "Data Deletion Request".
• →When— within 30 days of a verified request.

Some records may be retained where required by tax or other law. We'll always tell you which and why.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing info. All sales are final except where the explicit refund policy for a given product applies.

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asghar Ali is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
