App support

Help for setup, local data, calculations, and device-specific issues. The app is intentionally small, so most reports are best with a device model, iOS version, and screenshot when safe to share.

Calendar looks offset

Check the anchor date and whether it represents the first work, off, or travel day in the cycle.

Wrong preset

Try a nearby preset or custom pattern if your rotation includes travel days or split blocks.

Local settings

Rotation settings are local to the device. Reinstalling the app starts from the default setup.

No account reset needed

ShiftDeck has no login, server account, or subscription attached to the app.

Before sending a report

Include the useful details.

  • Device model and iOS version.
  • The selected preset or custom work/off/travel counts.
  • The anchor date and expected first few days of the cycle.
  • A screenshot of the calendar if it is safe to share.
