Use of the app
You may use ProofMark for personal or business utility work after purchase through the App Store. Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it, redistribute it, or use it in a way that violates law or App Store rules.
Local data
The app stores its settings and saved items locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any records, exports, screenshots, or backups that matter to your work.
Accuracy
ProofMark is a general field utility. Verify that stamped photos, GPS metadata, and saved records meet any legal, evidentiary, or compliance requirements that apply to your use case before relying on them.
Refunds and availability
Purchases, refunds, family sharing, and regional availability are handled by Apple through the App Store. The app may change over time to improve compatibility, reliability, and clarity.
